my only note is that the powdered sugar on top dissolves instantly, and doesn't add anything to the already-sweet drink. still looks cool, though

Equipment:
Ice crusher
Muddler
Fine Mesh Strainer
Lemon squeezer

Ingredients:
2 Fresh Mandarins
2 Small Mint Sprig
0.5 Fl Oz Honey & Cinnamon syrup
1 Half of a Lime
Club soda

1. Muddle 2 Fresh Mandarins, use strainer to filter pulp
2. Pour juice into tall chilled glass
3. Make crushed ice
4. Add mint sprig to glass
5. Add Honey & Cinnamon syrup
6. Use lemon squeezer to juice 2 oz of lime juice.
7. Add lime juice.
8. Fill the glass halfway full with ice and stir.
9. Fill the rest of the way with ice, club soda
10. Add 1 more mint, give another stir.
