I’m not trying to be negative, but way to ruin a space. Yikes. I’m surprised that anyone would be surprised by negative reactions. I hope you monetized the channel. At least you got 850k views. 😂
ОтветитьNice to have 3000 nails in the wall… perfect for the next project in 5 years 😅
ОтветитьWhere did you purchase the slats?
ОтветитьHello Hana, what are the studs sizes and where did you bought them ?
ОтветитьGreat video only one thing... i would have got new outlet box's fitted so that the face could have been fitted on top of the wood to give it a better finish
ОтветитьWhat color walls?
ОтветитьEveryone do not do this. Just buy the wall panels online. They're pretty cheap and easy to cut. Light weight etc.
Ответить🤔😍😍😍👌💯🙏💃🤗
ОтветитьGg I am doing the same in my house! 😊👍
Ответитьmasks 😂😂😂😂😂😂 ooooh friends jees, americans
ОтветитьHi, loving some of your begginer advice as I'm going to start sharing all my cool stuff soon. My stuff that I think is cool anyway. Since I grabbed a little handful of your tips, thought it only fair to leave one for your propagation. This may very well be rife input, but it is a pretty simple technique for holding lighter-weight, non-structural materials to sheetrock like slats for instance. Works best with longer 16‐18gauge nails ( I always keep 2" loaded up). Shoot one at 11 o'clock and as close to the head of your 11 nail as possible, fire another at 1 o'clock. Kind of shooting a v away from yourself creating a pretty stable anchor. Obviously lots of people would say glue or caulk, but trying to blow and go on something this tedious saves lots of nails and is much much less permanent. Meaning if you need to make it be not, the pinholes to be filled are much less work than removing the glue and sheetrock/texture the glue takes with it.(usually requiring new rock all together) I do apologize, I have a strange condition where when I have simple thought i expel a massively prolix and windy, but gratuitous, thicket of a grapheme and phoneme amalgamate. See lol. I talk too much would be more concise
ОтветитьLovely video thanks a lot
Just a question
Which type of wood bars did you use, I know that pine wood will deform with the time
Mabye could you help me
Thank you for the video!!!! Copying this now!!!
ОтветитьCan you please help me with the color 🎨 code? 😊
ОтветитьFriends can protect friends all they want - half the time with the mask off - 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 world since 2019
ОтветитьPerfect🎉🎉
ОтветитьThinking about that second cutout for the outlet I suppose a chisel might be a good tool to carve it out as well.
ОтветитьHey tell me pls what was colour code by ral?

ОтветитьColor name ?

Ответитьdo you have a color code for the paint you used on the wall?
ОтветитьWooden houses in America saying hello to hurricanes haha
ОтветитьWhat is the size of one board?
ОтветитьLooks good.
And the actual retail price is…..?
Welcome to Canada 12$ per slat
Did you have to do any repair to the bottom of the (wood slate side) wall after removing the baseboard?
ОтветитьWas looking for something similar for my bar.. thank you for making the video. Amazing effort.... and as usual great job. ❤️
ОтветитьI'm gonna try it for sure, what kind of wood u using ?
ОтветитьWhat size slats? Maybe I missed to sizing.
It turned out amazing. Good job.
I want to do this on a bathroom ceiling.
Très bon travail. Bravo.
ОтветитьGood Team Work.
ОтветитьWhat kind of wood did you use? How far the distance between the slats ??
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьGood work
ОтветитьIf your a DIYer I would steer clear from almost everything you saw in this video. As a lifelong builder Im actually in shock this was posted as a tutorial. Wearing masks yet blowing dust into the house.....you cant make tis stuff up anymore.
ОтветитьThe idea is great. The construction is normally different. You would first apply a sheet of MDF or a board. Affix the board to the studs, sand and paint, then apply the slats. That way you can use glue and nails w/o damage to the wall and it will be a more permanent/secure application. A primer is crucial when painting with darker colors. Otherwise, Im super proud of the effort. 👏
Ответитьyou fired a brad nail into the wall around the socket... without checking the orientation of the cables? how were you sure you didnt or were not going to penetrate the cables???
ОтветитьThe first slat was installed "plumb" not "level". Plumb is vertical. Level is horizontal. This is a beautiful design.
ОтветитьProlly should have back caulked or liquid nailed them.
ОтветитьDon't you need glue? That stuff is going to walk all over the house as it goes thru the seasons.
