Ответитьshe have no idea about what shes talking about, ofc php has so much hate, is the most POPULAR programming language for the web, do a search with "why x-thing-that-is-popular sucks"

ОтветитьAmazing but what about security?
ОтветитьAs a long-term PHP developer (I've been stuck in it for DECADES now)... I just love what Etiene has to say on the subject of PHP. :)
"... PHP has an easy deployment ..." - have you seen the official Docker images for PHP? (obviously not, because you're in 2015, not 2023) but I don't see how any such monstrosity full of GNU Autoconf could be described as "an easy deployment" :(
Lua is kind of sad... many times I've looked at some chunk of code that I'm working on and thought "Lua would do this so much simpler and it would run so much faster"... But I've never used Lua on a project at probably never will... "The best language you will never use". :(
Very inspired talk ❤
