Saiyan's aren't the only being to tap into God Ki. We see several others harness it. Also we know that bc of Sayains having the genetic traits of Zenkai Boost, they get stronger every fight which only makes sense they'd eventually access God Ki. Although this theory is very interesting, it's simply one person's theory that others may like, but only the creator can tell us the story behind his creation.

Makes more sense if we assume that everyone can have access to this divine Ki. Some beings, like the ones that turned in gods of destruction, just reached it.
If I remember well, Doppo can handle Hakai and would be the future god of destruction, but Jiren is so more powerfull and doesn't manifestated the divine Ki.

I think what's always made the most sense to me in the "divine Energy" is that ALL mortals have the Potential to tap into their inner "light". BECAUSE the Kaioshin are creator gods. And subsequently created everything in their own universes with DIVINE ENERGY. Most beings just won't ever reach it, cause it requires a ritual for most, or such a rigorous amount of training to attain that usually mortals are too short lived to attain it. But Saiyins have a natural "short cut" through their own biology and unique ability for transforming already.

I feel we often overstate the terms Divine and Deity.
The Deities of the universes have defined roles to use their power for. But divine ki doesnt require a god role. So while Goku and Vegeta use divine forms.. that doesnt make them gods. To us mere squishy limited meatbags sure... but in the context of how gods are represented in universe(s) theres a pretty stark difference.

Maybe zeno liked one of their ancestors and granted him divine power to have an immortal friend. Maybe he was similar to goku and that's why zeno took to goku. Or not lol just a thought. Maybe he was a god of mischief or even the friend god as zeno gets whatever he wants so anything is possible. Maybe any race can have the god ritual once they reach a certain power.

It is ridoculess the way you pretend it is all logical. They have "very defined" roles. You mean they have titles. The reason why they have this is simple, Akira Toryama needed to get people who were hungry for new DB content off his back and pay for a new house without actually creating something different than "ooh new hair colors for Vegeta and Goku".

Saiyans didn't have a natural ability to sense ki. That's why they used scouters. It was Earth's martial artist and mainly kami, who was a namekiam, who taught Goku how to sense ki. Vegeta learned it from Goku.
