Would love recommendations for setting if two people are in the same room. Please help.

My situation is I have a mac and work online and have a baby next door and lots of noise as im in the city.
I am using the DX and XLR and using some VST such as TDR nova and Noise gate. But lots of background noise still comes in.
any suggestions for mac users?

I have been loving my waveDX mic and waveXLR. For single person use it is as close to perfect as I have ever come close to.

Can you share preset file please ? :)
