Like you say you have a lot of skeletons because of ... and then you start counting the reason which are all unnecessary

I see that you are also using mixamo in the modern age so hopefully this anwers how to get my mixamo montages to stop rotating to the right...

my intuition says that its in the blend by bone, since its additive with the anims...
