Under theme setting and layout I only have two options-responsive layout and layout bound. I dont have any of the masthead options you do. My header menu is not hidden under main pages and is stacked on top of each other. WHere did I go wrong. Other than that problem all is going well.

I successfully bought my domain name and quick installed the Wordpress plugin, but it says the webpage is not available. Any thoughts on where I went wrong?

I'm trying to do a website for my friend who just opened a restaurant . His idea is he need to to a website that takes orders online with options let's say I want a plate this plate he needs to have two sides with it and the customer should choice from the sides he need to add like let's say soap or salad or fries with the order .
