this is awesome !!! I haven't tried it yet, but this can come in VERY handy and is fairly easy to set up for a non-programmer like myself. To speed up column data selection a little, there are some keyboard shortcut combinations to select all data in a column from top to bottom. For example, try Ctrl+Shift+Arrow Down to select all data down to the last populated row. Also, try searching Excel Help for topic "fill down".
