I do apologize, but I am not sure about you saying, tightening up your anal without tightening up your butt checks? I have read some comments below, and they may be right. So, I am going over some of your other videos in case I miss something. I would like to say this. I have had hemorrhoids major surgery many years ago. I have never been the same since. Every time I poop, well you know what happens. I hate and can't stand doing that every time.
