ОтветитьWhat I've noticed is a the chloe ting or emi wong workouts are about toning your body, but you cant tone you body if its covered in a excessive of unnessary fat. You won't see results unless you burn the fat first and then you can start to either build muscle like abs or you can get toned. This is just my observation for me personally and i think this is a fact.
