ОтветитьI'm beginning to think the reason people shape things into a ball is to flatten them into a perfect circle. I'm gonna follow this, but skip the shape into a ball part. I've made pizzas for a living and I noticed as long as something is proofed you can shape it however you want. You can back off and return to shape again. The ball thing just seems too many steps for me lol
Ответить5grams of yeast is enough, the taste will be to yeasy at the end. And when you form a ball after kneading it let it rest for 2 hours before making balls, then when you make balls wait 1 more hour at RT, it will be better taste. Anyway good video

ОтветитьYou are a god. I'm a DISASTER at these flat bread / tortila type bread and it never works. But this recipe works like a charm it's incredible, thank you. For anyone curious we don't have 00 flour in my country but it turned out OK with normal flour.

ОтветитьThere is one thing I don't understand. In american recipes there are often references to all kinds of flour, like high protein flour? What are the european equivalent? Here in Denmark we have different kinds but based on wheat types like Emmer, Einkorn and Spelt?
