My password is correct but two factor thing is showing and I am logged out from my ps5 and phone as well and i have lost my backup codes as well. They are not sending the codes on my mail too

Bro I’m on a different phone than what I set it up with and I never had a backup code so there’s literally no way to log back in…PlayStation hire new workers/costumer service
