ОтветитьNot rich, or young, a bit overweight. Had high blood pressure and read up on how to bring it back to normal if possible.
Doctor told me not to worry because it wasn’t that high and the tablets were low dosage. So I ignored that and thought I would try some of the general public comments that you could lower BP yourself. Did it, from 140/90 ish to now, 120/70 ish. It works, just walk, anywhere, but 20 mins a day every day, if not, gym workout 4/5 times week. If not do something in the house of equal demand. So, you can bring BP down to normal. I have done it, one month exercising should show results. I am not telling lies, it really does work, please try more exercise because it is like being 20 years younger. I am 77 years, so give it a go. Please.
