Hello. When I turn on xray, I can't call in the Element, it says "Connection is being established". But if you turn off the proxy it works fine. Why do you think this could be?

i dont get why you never seen one behind a nat as i have mine with a cname domain then port forward to the lxc ct i set the ip as the local one and it all works externally and thats on a double nat system

But doesn't a turn/stun server like coturn need ssl encryption or is it totally fine without one?

So, this works, and works great, I can talk with TURN/voip --- for anyone connected to my matrix and TURN server.

But it does not work when federating one server with another server in a different network. Each matrix server is using a different TURN server. When trying to call each other it doesn't attempt to talk to each others TURN server. So how do you connect or point TURN servers toward each other when they are part of different networks?

heh? my friends and family all use element on my synapse server and it seems to work fine without.
edit ahh I use synapse on a vps already so that might make it work better.
