how to convert mp4 to webp????

i'm having a lot of trouble converting .mov files with tranparency into web, which is a problem for my web streaming clients. Any pointers? I'm looking but not a lot of promise.
I ask even though i have yet to watch through this vide (which I will do), because mp4 doesn't have alpha but I have used webm converters online for short clips. Problem is that i can't seem to find a consistent converter and setting.
Also looking for webm presets for handbrake

The biggest issue i notices is if you have mp4 and and convert it with web browser it becomes 10mb with twice the horrible quality. Could give this a try.

Im encountering a problem where if i put up a bunch of videos in to the queue it convers them BUT mutes all videos. if i do only one conversion at a time - no problems. Any ideas on whats up?
