Why this world don’t like being real

As i write this, i'm currently crying my soul out, People say that you have to be strong and that it's weak to show emotions, all my life i've been strong, i've fought down my sadness when my grandma died, i fought down my pain when i witnessed my sister OD, i've fought for so long that it just hurts, all my life has been a battle and i've grown cold and discontent with my life, i've strived to be the one others can lean on for support while all the wile suffering in silence, i've made sure i was alone to allow my self to grieve and cry, the years of pushing things down have taken there toll, and i'm unsure if i can unpack anything, but to those of similar situation i say to you: Don't be enslaved by your desire for strength, Strength comes through persiverence, your mere living status is signs that you have strength, so take that pain, take those bad memories and think to yourself....no one else should have to feel this pain... and proceed to carry forth, be kind, be compassionate, show emotions you were afraid to show before, because what's life if not a emotional RollerCoaster, thank you all and be kind to yourself and others

I have struggled with know what love is, receiving or feeling it. I just never feel needed, or wanted, at this point i'm feeling numb, I want to give up, but i know i can't. I have people to care for and a purposes for life, and i refuse to be taken down by a couple softball hits, i refuse to give into this world's toxicity. And whoeber you are, you should to. You shouldn't have to live a life os sorrow, of regret, or of hatred. And i know its not easy to do, but you have to push through, you just have to. It gets better, but you'll never see the light if you succumb to the dark.

2 years ago, I lost my father. Cancer took him away. There is never a day I don't think of him and all the sacrifices he made to keep his family strong and together. Try as I might to fill that role, I have many times wondered if I can handle the weight. This music helps me clear my mind when facing these moments. When I listen to the music, I remember everything my father passed down to me. Never loose yourself in the chaos around you, your strong! Remember the trials you faced and overcame, the hardships you endured. You lived through that, nothing can drag you down now! That's one of the biggest things I have learned from my father, and I'll never forget that lesson. May your lives be filled with enrichment and in turn be a blessing for other!
