I feel that my front delts are targeted sufficiently on my chest day, and rear delts on my back day. Can I just do lateral raises to focus on my side delts, in that case?

Front delts are usually overtrained because they are activated in any chest exercise

Smaller muscles first . Rear , sides. Fronts . Not always , 1/2 the time start with rear, then alternate starting fronts and sides first.
And if you’re young and injury feee. TRAIN HEAVY.

You only need 1 exercise
Take two dumbbells and do a press standing
20 sets of 5 or 6 after a warmup
That's all forget all the other exercises

Absolutely no need to hit front delt, vast majority of people already have overdeveloped front delts from hitting chest - just a waste of time and energy hitting the front delt
