So I am an American born Ukrainian/Russian Jew (3rd generation American born) on the big holidays I ask my mom to make the family recipe noodle kugel. And I guess it could be an acquired taste but we’ve had others try it they didn’t mind🤷🏻‍♂️ personally I prefer it ice cold (can be served hot of cold) everyone has their own way of making it but I love our family recipe😁
