Thank you for this routine. It integrated into my current core work-out and changed things up a bit. I'm not sure I see the benefit of holding up the weight during the first exercise. Also, is it ok to do that first exercise with ankle weights on?
ОтветитьThis was very helpful - Thank you for sharing (I just joined your channel fam). I am currently recovering from a broken back, and regular situps are KILLING ME, so I really needed to find alternative ways to trim that midsection fat.
ОтветитьAmazing !!!!!!!!❤
ОтветитьThank you. Great tips for me after back pain. Best from Auckland.

ОтветитьPlanks are horrible for my back pain….🥴

ОтветитьOMG - FINALLY a workout that is truly back friendly. I can't wait to check out other back friendly or knee friendly workouts.!!
ОтветитьI’m gonna add this one to my routine! Thank you for the motivation 😊
ОтветитьWhen I try to do even the first exercise in this video my back blows out. I can seem to do certain workouts bc certain discs in my back or feelings of joints or whatever popping in my hips and knees. But when I try to do that first workout my hips makes a popping noise and feels as if it’s getting dislocated in my right hip, anyone know why?? Been to PT and bunch of doctors but nobody takes me serious bc im so young
ОтветитьBro pro tip: Use some nice power music
ОтветитьDUUUUUUUDE. Thanx.
ОтветитьFor those with really severe pain, can a padded mat or yoga mat be used underneath the back?

ОтветитьNice set there, man! Thanks for this! I've been suffering from lumbar back pain for over a year now and this definitely helped me relieve the tension!
ОтветитьAwesome stuff man! thank you. I followed the entire exercise, really nice :) No backpain!!!
ОтветитьWill would you recommend the 1st exercise for a L5-S1 disc bulge and spinal stenosis? It feels similar to a leg raise and I saw you don’t recommend doing leg raises w/ lower back issues. Any points of emphasis for the first exercise? I noticed your toes weren’t dorsiflexed so maybe I’ll try that.
ОтветитьHi! I had scoliosis surgery last 2007. Recently im doing abs exercises, but now im experiencing pain in my spine. I saw ur video about what not to exercise if u had spinal surgery. Then i realized i was doing it all wrong 😭. Thank you for this video i can still do abs exercise without the pain. Hoping the pain to go away though. You’re God sent. Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьThis is great! Thank you very much
