so when i right click to add a page back to my outline - the "add to doc outline" is not an option. Anyone have any tips?

Mine doesn't have the "Add to document" option when I right click and when I highlite the Words I want to appear and change it from normal to title. Everything in my doc changes font and size.

Im having issues of where I can't make only one part of it part of the outline. How do I fix this? Every time I change back to normal text, everything changes, not just the text I don't want to be part of the outline.
