As I attached this email to prove that I already attached the bank details and information you need. Luckily I keep a screenshot copy for my safekeeping.
And got your previous email in which you mentioned "industry guidelines when offering compensation" The definition of industrial guidelines is not a Law set by the Malaysia government and it's just a guideline to be accepted by the customer or not, where MAS mistake in handling my language, this is MAS's MISTAKE.

ОтветитьI flew on Malaysia airlines six years ago and during the meal service, I ate too fast and had some excess food down my throat and felt like choking. I gestured that I needed water and the Malaysia airlines cabin crew coldly told me to wait my turn. I quickly drank my sister’s water and felt better. Based on that incident, I will never believe MH’s campaign about their inflight service ever again nor will I fly them again.
