The two parties that stand for their beliefs are the DA and the MKP. I think that deep down they respect each other for that, and because of their existence we'll see a South Africa that has two clear definitions according to the two main constituency groups in SA, the rich and the poor. The DA/ANC coalition won't last. Ramaphosa will be recalled because the ANC will eventually wake up to having been captured by the DA and will seek to "re-renew" itself. There will be a national election - if the constitution will not be bent to accommodate the DA needs, and the MKP will gain the most votes. Taking a stand is part of exercising one's rights and soon when the house starts to crumble the MKP will have "we told y'all so" moments.

But DA are the enemy. It may not help the conversation but a spade is a spade.

Everyone has issues and I'm glad MK kept theirs out of parliament. Their absence makes them look stupid and it does make me question how they were so successful first time at the polls. Is their popularity reactionary or solution-driven?
