I tried your method but it didn't work, I assume this is because my text isn't a seperate layer but compressed into the video files. Do you know a solution or is it hopeless? The text is also in a different colour but unfortunately you can't mask based on colour :( It's a lot of text to do by hand and I just need to put it above another layer so it seems like too much trouble
