possibly the most unhelpful camera work possible. if they were trying to obfuscate details as an objective, they succeeded beyond what probly even god thought was possible.

Rabbit kidney, liver, and heart are lovely eating fried up rare with a little salt.

Like the fighting scenes in movies, they used to show it from distance, but you could see too much mistakes and now they are zooming in soo much you don't even understand what's happening... this cameraman came directly out of an action movie...

I’ve never tried rabbit, but from what I’ve seen here, this looks very nice and I might try it. It seems like a lot of work to poach, fry, kidney, liver and heart the entire animal. With my low skill set, I would not do this animal justice - this animal that gave its life for me to eat. I would rather go to my butcher and ask for the rabbit limbs. Over time, I would build up to being able to prepare the entire animal as shown here (which takes a lot of training and skill). This video has wetted my appetite, but not successfully explained the process. This video is not intended as instruction, more-so a clip to advertise a TV show from circa early to late naughtiest/teens. The message that I have taken from this:
Give rabbit a try.

If rabbit is a mild flavor, why would you overpower it by adding a potent flavor like bacon? I don't get it.

Organs should always be cooked ideally to well done and definitely not to rare/medium rare... but who am I, I'm just a pro chef....

Cooking this as we speak. We reared Rabbits this year and our girl had 11 babies. Never cooked it before. Not the best chef but here goes...not sure if the Polish family will enjoy this posh recipe i dont even know what to tell them im serving? Better be good Gordon ha ha. P.s i met you once and you were so friendly. Your trolls are kinda funny on here though. Not too mean. All in good fun.

Is it just my bad eyesight or do those sliced kidneys at the end of the video still look raw? As much as I love Gordon, he can't pull the wool over my eyes on this one! Those sliced kidneys are raw and can be used to do transplant on another rabbit!! Shame, shame Gordon. Oh the shame of not cooking the kidneys enough!!!!
