I have a different setup in bios in my Dell. My mom is elderly and somehow when I went to get on her computer the bitlocker was on and I am like how did this happen. She cannot remember her microsoft account. Arghhhhh!

I installed fresh windows 10 (home) yesterday..after installation this thing happened..your path didnt work for me..
The thing is I have my Bitlocker key (got ot from ms account) even if I enter the right key windows says attempting repair failed...something like that...I did every step clearly and neatly..idk why 😥😥😥
