It's amazing how creepypastes started as horror fanfictions and became such amazing short stories which can create it's own universe and be so immersive as this single one

really funny who the descriptive words and lines are actually not bad, but the stories are so absurd in the most common details that you can instantly tell someone rather young wrote this. Probably someone who has not really worked before. Still cool that the person is enjoying to write.

That whole apologetic bit for the Transgender guy was super cute. "Flawless skin" "Stylish black hair" "From an early age showed signs of.." "Corrective measures by doctors". Couldn't have written better nonsense myself. Ironically the only believable thing about that whole slew of verbal diarrhea was "Worked in a high paying job in the healthcare industry." Gotta astroturf the shit out of getting teens to pay for expensive treatments for the rest of their lives. Meanwhile, the God fearing woman got "She had brown hair". Not STYLISH brown hair, just hair. Or how the scientists didn't care one bit about the first two dying but were positively panicked when "Courtney" was about to die and were frantically trying to help or how the author went out of their way to note how Tommy was about to breach the experiment in a sudden wave of humanitarian concern that he somehow didn't show for the first two guys even when they bashed their heads on the wall, walked into traffic or sauntered towards the corn field. Cute stuff.

Garbage.

Not even your narration could save this one, sadly. The writing is extremely weak, and the premise, while it starts out interesting, quickly dies once it's revealed that it's yet another government conspiracy story. This concept has been done to death and has been done better, but hey, they can't all be "My Grandmother worked for NASA for 40 years" or "I solved the Fermi Paradox and I regret it"

It is weird how when the prefix becomes fused to the root word it changes the pronunciation from when it was hyphenated the quintessential example is kilometer using kilo like it was a truncation of kilogram it is called a KĒ○lō but then it is kïl○ÖM○ït○ër
