U can litterly feel the tracks as u drive. And with those bright lights it’s impossible to miss the cross signs

The amount of times they could have known they were on train tracks
1) you can feel when your car drives on them. He knew he parked on train tracks
2) you can feel the tracks under your feet when he got out. He knew he parked on train tracks
3) she could feel he parked on train tracks when she stepped on them to put the cuffed woman inside. She knew he parked on train tracks.
4) there are signs and plenty of light to see that he parked on train tracks. They both knew he parked on train tracks
5) you can feel when a train is coming as well as hear it yet did nothing to save her despite knowing already he had parked on train tracks and she was in that vehicle.
Nothing will convince me that they did not know.

One word to describe this incident is negligence of the officer because you never park or stop your vehicle on the railroad tracks

She knew that car was on the track bc both cops were going through her car and talking the minute they heard the train they freaked out meaning they had to know the car was on the track, why else immediately panicked when they heard the train horn, they weren’t looking at the car on the tracks, but they knew it was about to be hit. Things happen now day's and you get cancelled so easily if you said something that offended someone 15 years ago you get cancelled the internet hates you. You get fired from your job depending on what was said and done you could get jail time. Yet the american police seem to be able to do the most crazy stuff to people killing them arresting them for nothing because they have made a mistake with 100% proof that they did it because of dash cam video and eye police cam footage yet most of the time it's just you take a week off with pay and think about what you have done.
