why was the content empty (content : " ";)

Please clear the concept with logic that why, with z-index having its value -1, the content of the website is showed.

Without pseudo selectors you can also do z- index or opacity why we use pseudo selectors. Clear this..😐

I don't understand why have to use position absolute while using this method? Anyone have this doubt l think html tag is the positioned parent of position absolute of header::before psuedo selector

Atleast,at last viewer could copy the Cody if you scroll code from top to bottom ,or zoom in . If one want to take screenshot ,it's not possible ,because you writes code fast ,and just after your go live ,so it's difficult to take screenshot

The title of video is pseudo-element selector ::before and ::after and he wasted more than half lecture on extra things. 😐😐

what about position:absolute, as it will place in reference to its parent i.e. body but body height is limited to content here so how bg-image took full height and width of screen ?

I am little confused.. when we use position : absolute than why should we use top: 0 and left: 0. ???
