And I’m a BIG believer in Rolfing!!!! But you, my friend, are obviously a healer. Sign me up. UPDATE: I just went to my first Traditional Thai Massage. Religious experience. She was NOT young and pretty. What she lacked in looks she more than made up for in experience and mercilessness. I’ e been INCREDIBLY tight my whole life. I’ve spent thousands on body work. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. NOT the most pleasant! The most therapeutic!! She didn’t give me a lot of breaks during the 2-hour massage. I know how to breathe and let go. I couldn’t stop guarding in many spots - but she was tenacious. I’m sore make no mistake. But she gave me hope. I didn’t think that kind of progress could be made without my winning the lottery and having massages back-to-back for a few months.
