How To Install Ring Battery Doorbell Plus

If you use the wedge, then you only have to drill two holes into the wall and four screws screw into the wedge?

I have doorbell 3 but plan on getting doorbell plus because im tired of the battery draining and having to charge the battery.

Anyway I have doorbell 3 mounted with the wedge piece and the doorbell mount for doorbell plus seems kind of flimsey in comparison. Can installed the doorbell plus using the old mount from doorbell 3???

Pulling the cover off to expose the battery is not that easy it looks like his cover was already taken off and just was laid on top of the ring doorbell

you dont need to kill the power if you know what your doing, doorbell is low voltage

Can one ask when you put the electric back on to the doorbell did a light stay on, on the front of the doorbell

A jerk just selling crap n his channel

What if you want it to be standalone?

There has to be an easier way to add family members other than them signing up with an email etc.

How does one turn the power off ones doorbell?

So I connected my Ring Plus doorbell, followed all the directions and my manual doorbell ended up not working

First I verified that my doorbell wires were securely connected to the ring.

Go to ring app—>device settings—>In home chime settings—>advance settings…changed chime type to mechanical;problem solved.

You don’t want to turn the power on 1st make sure that’s working prior to battery?

Those are the wrong screws for holding ringer to baseplate!

Do you have to hard wire this? Or can you just use the battery. I have one but our door bell wiring is not powered
