i bought it yesterday. i am getting gps location map. but the location is mine not the trackers😢. what should i do? i tried to link again with 000 and again tried with gps . it again sent me my phone gps not the tracker. what should i do?

Hello, I have taken this device and used my Airtel number into it, and I sent 1st message as FACTORY#, not received and response from the device, then I sent 000 to this device Airtel number and still not received any message from the device...

4- Sir, after ordering from your website like GPS or Car Dash cam and in case of any issue with gadgets during usage ,
do you provide any support, I mean any kind of refund or replacement or service centre or installation guidance?
