I am going to be travelling for 3 weeks and ordered the similar one from amazon. It was crucial for my several personal item only flights, so you can imagine how I felt when I realized it wouldn't come in time. Luckily, I have a Decathlon near me and a great review to make me feel comfortable getting the smaller one. I can't thank you enough for this!

I bought both. They are absolutely perfect for me, they check all of the boxes and are reasonably priced. The 23 is my daily driver, the 32 is for trips. Thank you for the video!

I have both 32L and 23L units and just love them. What I like especially is the number of pockets they have, especially the internal ones. I use the 32L as a carry on and the 23L as my daily bag when I hike or walk around a city. The 32L fits all my carry on stuff for a week or more really well. The 23L I put flat (or packed) inside the checked in luggage and then take it out when I arrive at destination.

Two of the best purchases of my life.

Great vid, very relevant info, and thanks for the practical reference to personal item size dimensions. I'm looking for a small carry on, and this seems to fit the bill.
Thanks again 👍🏻

I have been using the 23L for almost a year: every day, with any weather, filling it with any type of stuff, from packing cubes (they fit PERFECTLY, one medium and one small) to bottles of water, to literally every EDC you can imagine.
It literally looks NEW.
I couldn’t reccomend more this version as a underseat bag and urban EDC bag, it ticks all the boxes for the price of a Peak Design packing cube.

I've been thinking about personal item bags and your videos are great.

I wondered how you felt the 23 compared to the cabin zero 28 range? They're about half the price but the cabin zero are still not a bad price compared to many options.

Also hoping cabin zero send you a tech 28 to review as nobody seems to have done a decent review yet.

thanks

What’s interesting is your versions have a wee loop (between the straps) for hanging the bag on a hook. The decathlon UK photos don’t have this.

Are your bags recent purchases? If so it may be a recent addition which is a welcomed one if so

I’m still browsing your videos but got recommendations of a minimal backpack like this with side pockets for bottle/tripod and/or hydration pack pass through? Thanks

After extensive research I have purchased the 23L version last summer and I have been flying with it as a personal item with no questions asked for the past 14 months (I believe it's really trolleys or the larger "hiking" backpacks that get the attention).
My only complaint (and the reason I keep checking backpack reviews) is that if the bag is just a bit heavy (8kg) my neck starts hurting after carrying it even just for 30-45 mins. Why is that? And what to do? :(

Dude, this is such perfect timing! Today is the day I was going to research and purchase a travel backpack, and this popped up in my subscription feed before I got started. Thanks so much! Def gonna go with the 32L, it's exactly what I was looking for.

Nice review! Never heard of this brand/company before until a recent visit to Disneyland Paris. 90% of the backpacks I saw were this brand. The packs seem to be good quality at a reasonable price point.

sheesh it's like a budge goruck. I wish it had attachments to be used as duffel as well. Shows how much "quality bags" cost...which is kinda ridiculous.

Those are great bags at that price point. Would be nice for a family needing to get outfitted for a trip - and the smaller is perfect for preteen kids who can carry their own gear but not a lot of weighty bulk. Simple design perfect for a patch or two to customize.

Those really are budget options compared to what we usually see.
