I love the cueing on this, and the fact that it doesn't have super-annoying music! Thanks for doing a slow flow!! I get so tired of people teaching 'yoga', but trying to make it an aerobic workout.

I really like your basic yoga routine if I only have 7 minutes to exercise. Sometimes I hold each position longer to really get a good stretch. I wish you could make more yoga video exercises. Thank you. 👍

ОтветитьI think you should do these poses on a sticky mat. I accidentally did a split while doing these poses in a class I taught and had to have surgery. PLEASE!

ОтветитьThis is a fitness class using yoga poses, and this is different from a "real" yoga class. Yes, this is beneficial, but this is only a small part of what takes place in yoga. Also, to belong to Silver Sneakers you have to be over 65, I think it would be great if the instructor was part of that age group.

This seems like so many detailed steps in succession that I will quickly find it too hard to do on my own. It seems you can obtain the same benefits by longer poses with way fewer details about which direction your hands are where your toes are pointed etc

ОтветитьMy wife and I have been doing this workout routine for over a year now; Ti Blair and SilverSneakers really aced it, it's one of the very best yoga programs we know. But here's a recommendation: try playing it at 75% speed. What is wonderful at the speed at which it was shot becomes close to perfect when it's a little slowed down; not only is the pace more relaxed, but there's more time to really do each position thoroughly and to breathe. Give it a try! :-)

ОтветитьI am here - 62 year old person with my friend who is 82. He says the directions are too fast and too many words. He cannot follow it. Instructor should be more understanding about the age gap. She is young and moving fast. This is not exactly helping seniors.
