I don’t understand why She don’t find z zero of workpiece? Anyone explain?
ОтветитьFlatness...DEFINITELY!
ОтветитьSilly question here, do these CNC's use auto tool length calibration?... Seems very old like 90's technology to be there setting up every tool length manually. Just wondering.
ОтветитьNice, pretty conversational, universal to any other controls even for 5-axis CNC routers. Loved it!

ОтветитьThe best precise and clear train, the best instructor I´ve seen

Ответитьi love you....sorry love this video
ОтветитьI do this for a " living" i wish was a welder
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьGreat video

ОтветитьHello! I am from Bangladesh. I completed my HSC in 2022 with a GPA of 5.00 in general education. I now want to become a CNC programmer and machinist, but I do not know where to start.
There is a technical training center called BKTTC (Bangladesh Korean Technical Training Center) that offers a 3-month machine shop and CNC machine operator course, as well as mechanical AutoCAD 2D and 3D. I have decided to dedicate myself to learning these skills.
Could you tell me about the future of this career path? Is it a stable job? Are there any chances of losing my job? Are there any better alternative careers that I could consider with great potential for growth and earnings? Will learning CNC help me achieve my goals, or will it be a waste of time? I would like a clear and conceptual solution to my situation.
After completing these courses, I want to go abroad to work as a CNC machinist because there is no opportunity for growth or a happy life in Bangladesh. Please give me the best solution for my career. I am looking for your support.
Thank you!

ОтветитьI’m about to start school for CNC and honestly am a little nervous. I have zero experience with machines. Any tips?
ОтветитьThanks Sara For your teaching about this cnc machining center .
ОтветитьBs. You can tell she a student. You have the make sure it tight tight when taken deep cuts in hard stock. Or it come out
ОтветитьCNC with manual tool changing, that's........perfect! I can have milion different tools which would not fit to magazine and it will look like I am actually working so people not say "what's in TV?" when they go around me. 😀
I hate a lot of things about our new CNC, but I totaly love that it can measure lenght of the tool automaticaly, that saves really a lof of time.
My mom used to be a machinist and this girl did a real nice job at explaining things 👍
ОтветитьSeems like most of the comments sayinf great video are from people who already know alot about these machines..i was totally lost as this is n5u first time even hearing about this machine.
Ответитьnice smail
ОтветитьAMAZING TEACHING SKILL.🙌🙌🙌
ОтветитьSee lots of experienced machinists here so...Any advice for 8 axis in general or specifically changing the offset? Or advice on how to reset a robotic arm after a collision?

ОтветитьHellooooooo 😘
Ответить谁能告诉我,美国cnc工作有夜班吗
ОтветитьYou got to change the playback speed to 2, and hear her voice. ha ha ha ha
ОтветитьTurned the play back speed to double faster and her language sounds amazing. Yet her bodily movements seem normal speed. She must have smoked a lot of pot in her life and normal speed is slow.
ОтветитьI like the job very much I am CNC water jet operator.
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьWell I am a red seal machinist with 25 years experience on manual machines. At work we just purchased a Haas mill and your video help this old guy to understand how to set tools and work offset zero. Thanks! Great job. Hope your professor gave you 100%
ОтветитьGreat job young lady. If you was my daughter I’d be so proud of you
Ответитьso good ill watch it again !
ОтветитьDo people still use paper for tools measure? I didn’t use untill today from my past 7 years

ОтветитьNever cared for the HAAS setup. Ran an old Hurco for ten years. Wrote its own G-code.
ОтветитьJust hit reset go to edit page and you can call up program . Put in program # and hit down arrow and will bring up program # call for. This is a fast way to change program.
ОтветитьAlways rapid at 25% in single block with option stop on and use distance to go page when proven a program to avoid a crash.
ОтветитьUse sharp tooling in plastic this helps it from sticking to tools.
ОтветитьI learned g code programming then learned CAD Cam . I think you should learn both.
ОтветитьJust use input + to add -.100 to y work position. But I would love to see more women in machine field.
ОтветитьJust mill step in soft jaw's . This keeps parallels from moving when blowing out jaw's to clean chips
Ответитьماشاالله دختر ،آفرین 👏👏
ОтветитьGood 👍
