50 SLAYER RIFFS

My old band and I used to cover Seasons in the Abyss and Dead Skin mask.
We did Gemini one set and our drum platform broke live and it was a bad omen so we nixed it.
This was way back though. Before God Hates us All was released.
Didn’t matter I learned them all on guitar and most on drums.
Slayer are gods of metal unequaled and now legends.
Sad to see them done. Kerry is still carrying the torch at least.

Personally, as a Slayer fan, I love how Andrea chronologically organized these killer Slayer riffs. South of Heaven’s opening riff starts things off, so it sounds like you’re descending into Hell. It ends with the acoustic guitar opening of Spill the Blood. In my opinion, the idea is that you survived Hell, but nothing is ever the same.

I only wish Andrea could’ve fit in American & Not of This God from their 2009 album, World Painted Blood, in the hit list, as World Painted Blood is one of my favorite albums. But again, other than that, everything is great.

Metal Storm is the first song I ever heard from Slayer back in high school. It was more speed metal than thrash, and bad ass guitar.

Back in 2016 a. Old. Friend in school tried to get me interested in slayer I wasn't really at interested I. Was more in the dragonforce and sabaton at first but in 2019 I started listening to slayer more I have listened every album that my love for slayer I'm thankful for my old friend for showing a great metal band
