ESO - Proc Scaling is... BAD (Blackwood PTS)

Procs hit way too damn hard this patch 😂

Look for the picture of Almalexia's mercy floating around, it got to a 37k heal with 3s CD.....

Been saying this for awhile now . Just boot the these carry sets already . There honestly are making it worse .

Reasonable hard caps on procs...

I'm telling you right now, after playing a stat based build during markarth im not doing that again. If this shit goes live im cheesing it out with procs like the rest of them.

Yea... definitely needs a cap. The whole point of the change was nerf procs, not put Markarth procs on steroids

Honestly feel like procs should stay specifically for pve and no proc pvp be the norm

Proc scaling needs a cap, or a lower multiplier.
However, when talking about difference between wep dmg and spell dmg for scaling and how it's easier to stack wep dmg, we need to remember that light armour also gives high spell pen which med armour doesn't get, and magicka is also easier to stack high than stamina for healing procs. It's easier to get a ridiculous tooltip for a set on med armour yes, but it ain't the whole pic.

Its early days, don't see this getting to live tbh.
Not sure about the target scaling numbers for stam and magica set the same but it is what it is.
If they keep this idea the scaling numbers have got to go up a long way .

Honestly the burst proc meta was more enjoyable, this type of proc meta sucks ass

Scaling is fine - LMAO, hopefully relequen isn't affected negatively in fixes

So instead of sets being what matters in pvp it’s now no skill procs....

Either Zos is utterly incompetent when it comes to these things or they think this will make them more money somehow by selling the new expansion. My guess is the combination of both because the new expansion has very broken items already but this also affects us unrelated to the expansion horribly bad. I'll probably quitting ESO if this continues because while I'm having a great time in PvP right now this is just ridiculous.

The magica vrs Stam difference is just a small part of it

Its going to be crazy, who ever gets the first proc to go off will force the other to heal spam

I'd say eso is almost done, it would have been gone long ago if someone would put out a comparable game

Except the medium armor bonus, it's about as easy to have sd, the set that gave the most wd usually have sd too, or have a SD counter part, and spell pen might not increased the tool tip but it should actually gave more dmg on the target still

At least people running 2 or 3 proc damage dealing sets will bad.

My brief initial thoughts on the new proc set scaling from week 1 of the Blackwood PTS. Hopefully they adjust the scaling MASSIVELY
