For those who may think the carnivore is too extreme or that it's too limited in food variety, I'd recommend going on a ketogenic diet. From experience I can say eventually you will move closer to a carnivore diet as you evolve. I'm a essentially a ketovore now.

Oh no, after 18 months of carnivore, I must be just about seized up with gout! 😂. I'll let people know when it happens.

Do you get enough calcium on a carnivore diet if you don't eat cheese.

Thank you for the video. How about iodine as a supplement? Is the carnivore diet low on iodine?

Regarding liver and other organ meats. I think people may have different needs over time on this. When I first started carnivore, I really craved liver. I would eat a whole pound of it at a sitting. Now an occasional pate is plenty for me. SAD eating can leave you with nutrient deficiencies. Liver IMO, helps to re-stock the shelves. But there is no magical number of ounces you must have and no one level needed for all people at all times.

Thanks for doing this video. I wish I'd had access to these Q&A before I went carnivore. Been on the carnivore diet since the end of January and I feel amazing! Can't wait to see what my lab work looks like in a years time. 😊

If you eat ground beef daily you will get that mix. They grind up all the animal parts in that and it's a VERY easy way to make sure you're getting a more well rounded nutrition profile than say just eating steaks. If one can, add eggs, butter, milk or cheese that should cover most peoples nutritional needs.

I make mince with 30% beef fat and 20% liver. The rest is beef heart and beef meat. I'd like to know who is over dosing on Vit A from liver or any other source....

In re your recommendation for boron, I wanted to share something that happened when I started taking them after watching your previous video. I was having a lot of leg cramps despite taking electrolytes, and the boron did indeed help a great deal. What I didn’t expect was that after a few weeks I started having vaginal drainage. I’m almost 70 and haven’t had anything like that since my late 50s. (It wasn’t blood, just drainage. Sorry for the TMI guys…) After a few weeks of that I got tired of it and quit the boron pills. The drainage went away four or so days later. After another week I decided to try taking one every other day, and several days later it started up again. I did some research and discovered an NIH paper which seemed to indicate that it could bump up estrogen in women. I suppose that might be a good thing, but I didn’t notice any good effects, only annoying ones, so I’ve given up on them. Any speculations?
