Hi i luv ❤️ all your straightforward exercises without talking.. friendly advice hope is ok, but the hip hop bad lyrics music is not good, i like the regular no cursing music you have on other videos. Thank you. Happy New Year, b safe .

어제 집에 있다간 우울함에 질식할 것 같아, 남편과 초6 아이 데리고 마니산 정상찍고 왔더니 오늘은 다리가 많이 땡겨서 오늘 운동은 못하고 이번주 운동중 처음보는 일년전 운동 따라했어요. 스트레칭 좀 더 하고 자야겠어요. 오늘도 감사하고 늘 안전+건강하세요!

잘 봤습니당 저는 운동할때 투어게인 힙업밴드 강약조절되는 블랙색상 쓰는데 더 강도 있게 운동할 수 있어서 좋았습니다

이거는 다리를 뒤로 보내는건지 옆으로 보내는건지 대각선으로 하는건지 구분이 잘 안되는 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ

무릎아파서 스쿼트 못하는데 이건딱이네요 뱃살운동도 되요 굿
근데 운동 하고나면 오른쪽은 주사맞은것처럼 아픈데 왼쪽은 아무 자극이없어요 왼쪽을 횟수를 추가하면 되나요?
