Some caricatures make sense, but some are just contrived and based on stereotypes.
Although perhaps it depends on the context in which you look at them.

There are a lot of caricatures about politicians - but in addition to those caricatures that simply ridicule corruption, a real politician must be cynical, effective and able to talk his way into a conversation. A weak politician is a disaster for the country. There are no good or evil politicians. But unfortunately it is impossible to be a kind politician, otherwise you will be destroyed by competitors or politicians of other countries. Politicians are not good or evil - they are effective or ineffective.
An evil dictator can bring no more harm to a country than a kind politician with a weak character and lack of professionalism. But both are equally ineffective and bad, but for different way.

The same applies to the stratification between rich and poor. People with wealth have probably worked hard to achieve their wealth and are often the envy of the uneducated masses. There are exceptions, but it makes no sense to generalize them all.

These two stereotypes about “all politicians are evil” and “the rich are eviler than the poor” are the very tool of slogans that are aimed at manipulating the behavior of uneducated people and forcing them to commit revolutions and uprisings for the will of interested parties.
