thanks for all this mate, you really help me🫶🏻
ОтветитьI’ve the ASUS Rtx 4090 strix oc and my undervolt will not stay.
ОтветитьI don't have the "show on screen display" option (msi afterburner v2.3)
ОтветитьI went from 40-120fps to hard 240 in cyberpunk with an i7 listen to him
ОтветитьWould u dp this to rtx4090?
ОтветитьDammit, I press shift+enter twice in order to streamline the rest of the curve but it doesn't do anything.
Ответитьi have been testing games like ow2 and apex i get as low as .825v 1770mhz (on a 2070s) but in games such as the finals and halo infinite they crash at those lower voltages and i need at minimum .950v 1770mhz something to do with these windowed fullscreen type games just wanted to point this out.
ОтветитьI did Method 1 on my Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super 1xFan and it worked perfectly!
On Unigine Heaven Benchmark I went:
-0,162 V
-24,3 W
-9°
-528 Fan rpm
+ 0,3 FPS
Thank You!
Pro tip first. Never use powerlimit... because gpu its like jumping at every secon 10 times to mhz and you see how tearing screen and its not good. Soo much better -200mv and -150mhz. Same fps and better efficient. My stock 3070 max boost 1965. After uv 1785mhz (auto boost 30mhz to 1815mhz) do same fps. Maybe 1 fps difference but stability and temps crazy. 56-57 stress test. 160w peak at 806mv
Ответить280V less. 18*c less. Panjno you are the goat. I bought today a EVGA 3070 + r 7 5700x! I’m having problems with the ryzen. High temperatures but i couldn’t undervolt the cpu :(
ОтветитьThis is fantastic! My 13900ks is on water i think my next build will have the 15900k and 5090 both on water and undervolted.
ОтветитьAnd whats with the Memory Clock? i saw some tuts whhere thje mem clock was like +600-1200
ОтветитьMy 3050 laptop usually goes from 1900 mhz to 1830 mhz then to 1875 mhz, 1860, and so on. What do I do then?
Ответитьgreat explained, thx
ОтветитьStarted from 1v 1905 3080 asus strix to every volt to 0.9volt and got everytime fps drops , no stability but no crashes either. Any idea what could be wrong ?
Ответитьmy 2060 super is around 1900 clock speed when on games, when on idle its around 1050/ 1470mhz is this ok? and my temp on idle is around 50-55
ОтветитьGreat video and easy to follow as usual, got my Aorus 2080 super stable with 0.975v and 2040mhz clock speed.
Lowered the power from 250w to 200w with the same score on heaven benchmark and temps went down by 10°c.
i can not access voltage in monitoring but i can voltage limit... how?
ОтветитьI got one problem, My stock frequency is 3504mhz and the limit is 3500 so i dragged the curve to there and clicked apply(i flattened it too) and then it just crashes my computer
ОтветитьI don't see curve editor
ОтветитьMy core clock says 3115 instead of +0, how do I fix this?
ОтветитьYOU SPEAK SO FUCKIUNG FAST CAN YOU SLOW DOWN JESUS CHRIST
ОтветитьHi, question, you said "switch between the two" what if i want to use both undervolt and overclock at the same time? It’s possible? Have a good one
ОтветитьFor anyone who can't see their voltage, the graph still works and they should just do trial and error.
ОтветитьGtx 1080
Stock 1860mhz @ 1.060
Stable 1848mhz @ .875
Managed to get 1633mhz down to .775, didn't want to mess too much with that
Base voltage is .625
I use GTAV single player to check stability because it's fairly sensitive. It'll crash in about 5 minutes if it's not stable.
Also test with cyberpunk 2077
Panjno I would give you a kiss, I have been undervolt and using msi afterburner wrong for years
ОтветитьThx for the guide, it's good to spread the knowledge. my 4090 runs .950mV @ 2760Mhz with +1000Mhz MEM. it crashes sometimes in AI tasks, so i have different preset for computing.
Ответитьwhich version of msi afterburner is that?
ОтветитьThe core clock for my -0.07V was HIGHER than the clock I got while running the benchmark. I really dont get it
ОтветитьI'm pretty new to this so I'm left a bit confused. My pc can run games very nicely, it's just so so noisey.
I ran a benchmark test from FurMark to get my MHz target (usually around 1920MHz). So I set my curve line to that, and it never crashes as I never play anything that stressful. However, when I play my intended games I don't seem to surpass 1650 MHz, as I typically play on lower settings and cap my FPS to 144 to match my monitor.
So, should I be putting my curve at the benchmarked number or 1920 or should I do it for the real number I get when playing which is 1650?
Msi afterburner all time changes my curve by -15/30 hz same with voltage
ОтветитьThis is unbelievable. I braught it down from 0.795 to 0.700 with no stability issues! The program doesn't let me undervolt it more than that.
ОтветитьI heard that 3080s don't like Undervolting and I havent been able to find a happy spot the 3080 shuts down and everything, not really any good guides.
ОтветитьMany videos of amateur gamers miss the part explained in this video. You shift hold and move the whole curve up then cap. Great video.
Ответитьmy gpu doesn`t stay stable in a frecuency why whas that?
ОтветитьOk i dont even have a curve editor
ОтветитьI don't see a gpu voltage in monitoring
ОтветитьI wouldnt recommend 2n option, lowering your power draw then increasing your frequency on 4090. 🚫
Did notice that lowering your power draw on 4090 does not work all the time, it does but the GPU will pick up the power then lower it back down...almost like Software and GPU are fighting whos in charge.
With increased frequency, reckon you ll experience a temperature spikes (still applying 1.05v) as well neither its good for the ones with poor 12 vhpwr cable. (Meltdown issues)
Them do work some game fps and make it run well but however sometime don’t work on other game. I have try project zomboid end up broken my game with afterburner making everything can’t move and freeze
ОтветитьThank you the for the amazing content my gpu idle came down from 55c idle to 42idle 🥳in high 65c (msi rtx 3060ti gaming x trio)
ОтветитьMy card doesn't support that
Ответитьim doing what you said to hold shift and drag to the right, but then i cant flatten the curve by holding shift and pressing enter twice, it just tries to change the mhz number instead.
ОтветитьI have a 1660 super,the temperature decreased 4 or 5 degrees
ОтветитьDo we need to touch memory clock speed? Maybe increase it slightly or just leave it default. Heard if you increase, you can gain some performance.
ОтветитьSTUTTER TIP: If you play competitively on low settings in most games. You will be cpu bound meaning your cpu is used more than your gpu. If your gpu is better than your cpu you may stutter. SO, overclock/upgrade your cpu or "undervolt" your gpu. THIS SHOULD FIX ALOT OF STUTTERS AND GIVE BETTER 1% LOWS.
ОтветитьDo you have to have this application open always in the background for it to undervolt?
Ответитьi have an rx 580 and no matter how drastic or small the changes i make in undervolting my computer completely crashes no matter what, why?
ОтветитьI liked your point while when you increasing your stock boost frequency at that you want to limited certain voltage you also increased backward frequency too, but most of other were just increasing at only max clock speed point and were passing lower frequencies and i was wondering if this would have been cause a sharp increment at that point. But you did it perfectly and understood that i was thinking correct !
ОтветитьWeird, I just downloaded MSI afterburner but don't have that "Show in On-Screen Display" checkbox
Ответить
