The big boss was this guy's cousin Roberto Suarez Gomez. In the 80s Bolivia/Roberto supplied over 80 percent of the world's cocaine. In 1981 his son was arrested and extradited to the US. Roberto wrote President Reagan offering to pay off Bolivias debt of near three billion dollars. He made around 500 million to 1 billion annually. At the height of power he owned a fleet of planes and a private military yet looked like a successful farmer instead of kingpin.
