I know I don't need fragrances "down there". But would you say Sweetums wipes would be bad to use "down there"?

I really love the concept of this video however how is it that products like unscented Eucerine, Cetaphil any better than the marketed products with sodium lauryl sulfate as one of the main ingredients?
Alot of the "feminine hygiene " products actually do have healthier ingredients compared to the "basic" unscented body washes especially when there is a need for more than just plain water

Ever since I got my period I started using feminine washes.. it is just that ANY kind of bar soap or soap that is not intended for external genitalia irritates me. But nowadays I find that the products I normally buy were “different”. It's like they changed their formulas and not as moisturizing and refreshing as before.

Idk if this is because of the “natural” movement that products changed their formulas to cater to what is “good” nowadays. Like.. when almost all lip balms barred using silicones they became less effective in healing my chapped lips.

Im a gay man and i came here because i heard a funny story of a straight guy using summers eve on accident, not on his parts but just as an all around thing for his body because it smells nice and he said his skin felt good afterwards, idk how i ended up here but i feel more educated 😅❤, i was gonna buy it for myself to see but i dont wanna support them if its bringing women down!

Weird or not but I find that since installing a bidet in my master bathroom, I feel so much cleaner daily. Just clean water blasted as my vulva and one or twice a day and my daily showers and I’m good. Water works wonders

How come it's impossible to rinse off ph balanced soap? Like Vagisil, Summer's Eve, I could drain out a reservoir and the soap bubbles and slippery feel still stays around.

I love your videos but On the other hand you do not tell us what we really need to know . Also you telling us don’t use wipes just use wet toilet paper , which can work for some people but wipes give us a fresh or no scent at all , and there are feminine washes that we can use on our vulva , & also dove dark blue moisturizer is not really a good soap for down there because it’s a moisturizer and moisturizer give you a grit like feel . So it’s best to clean with dove sensitive soap , then go in with the dark blue if you choose . Thanks & you are welcome guys 🤗

I’ve got a super sensitive vulva now! It sucks! I went and bought vagina friendly toilet tissue, vulgar balm, vagina friendly pads and liners. I also buy monostat vaginal wash. I used to fall for the dove sensitive skin okey doke when the liquid wash STILL has fragrances. And my mom used to wash us with harsh cleansers that would burn my vagina but I never told her until I was old enough to understand that the soap was causing the issues (5 or 6 y/o). 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m trying to fix my parents mistakes as an adult now and be a lot more health conscious.

I have a question so if douching with just water is bad because it’s disrupting the good bacteria, does that mean that taking a bath or swimming in a pool or sitting in a hot tub is bad was well? All three of those things will allow water to enter the vaginal canal so would that also disturb the good bacteria? With this logic it seems like that would be the case so should I avoid those things and only stick to showers instead of baths?

I came here looking for advice after considering switching from Summer’s Eve to Vagisil wash, since I think the Vagisil fragrance options sound more appealing to my personal tastes. This video is disappointing and I’m honestly tired of being told that I “don’t need” to use feminine washes or freshening sprays - not only does my OBGYN say they’re fine to use, and not only have they never caused me any issues, but they help a lot with the issue that I do deal with, and that’s an odor that I don’t like. The media hasn’t brainwashed me into thinking I’m “gross” otherwise - I’m a naturally sweaty person, and that affects my groin area, and I don’t like the smell of it. Also, what do you mean when you describe them as “loaded with chemicals”? Chemicals aren’t inherently bad - even water is a chemical. The notion that “chemicals are bad” is something doctors regularly have to combat, so I’m surprised to hear a doctor promoting the same thing others try to fight against - “all natural” does not necessarily mean better. Your comment guidelines say that this is no place for misinformation, but you really need to clarify a lot of what you said here, because otherwise, what YOU’RE saying could be considered misinformation in that regard. Also, I wish people promoting this idea of being against feminine washes and wipes and freshening sprays would put more consideration into women who struggle with groin odor from otherwise healthy nether regions, and wouldn’t brush off women’s insecurities about that kind of thing as just the result of marketing - like no, I care about it and I don’t like it. It’s the same reason people wear deodorant - people don’t want to smell themselves or feel excessive moisture, and they don’t want to worry about other people possibly smelling them.

Easy: none. The only thing I ever used on my vagina - other than water - was a cream for an infection. No infection = no products needed. Just a good rinse
