How to install LSPDFR Expanded in gta 5 (NEW MUST HAVE MOD)

Hey Chris, I’m having troubles with my lspdfr. Would it be possible if I could pay you to help walk me through this to install the mod properly. My game keeps saying “Lspdfr crashed”

Have you had any crashing issues with his mod? Its crashing every time I go on duty in front of the police station.

Do you need regular lspdfr already installed for this to work??
