My friend, I have a problem because they sent the item I bought to the wrong address and while they told me from Amazon that they will refund me the cost of the return, they refund me the amount of the purchase, but they make fun of me and they do not refund me the amount I gave to return the package to the seller. Specifically, I communicate via chat, and they lie to me, this happened twice. They supposed, before few days they will send to me a mail from the Amazon Department for the returns and nothing had sent to me yet. What can I do, please ??? Thank you so much!!!!

Actually I had a ball which did not last over a week it had a defect in containing air but I do not have the packaging as i threw it as i was not expecting all this can i still replace it?
