XC90 Maintenance Message Reset

I'm having problems getting this to work on an 04 XC90 T6. It beeps, but the message remains. Does the year make a difference?

Hello Bro, I followed what you said exactly, but it keeps giving the warning that it's time for oil maintenance again. After hearing the beep, 045 fault code appears. What does this mean, thanks for your help.

Thank you - this worked perfectly on my 2009 Middle East market model. Now I need to find out how to kill the stupid overspeed warning beeper that comes on at 120kph (approximately 75mph). On most cars here the beeper goes off after 5-10 seconds but on the Volvo it stays forever!
