I have followed these instructions to the T. However, I'm receiving an error message that says "The purchase code is already being used on another domain.". The domain it is referring to is no longer active and there is no site or theme installed. I took the site down a long time ago and now, I've come back to redesign my site and find there is a new registration process. So even though I have a purchase code and it is not being used on any other site, the system recognizes this purchase code as "used". In addition to that, I'm unable to submit a support ticket without purchasing a 6-month extension for support... So I guess my question is - is this theme now completely useless? Or is there a way to remove the old domain and register to my new domain? Thanks.

I have one license, and I want to make another site on Avada.
First I want make it on localhost. Сan I still download Avada from my old downloads, and buy a license later when I upload the site on hosting? Or will I buy a license now and when I will upload it to the hosting it will be valid? After all, it attached to the domain name.

My company hired a third party several years ago to build us a website. We received a WP install running Avada. Now, several years and almost a complete shift in employees, I need to login in to the Theme Forest account to get a product code? I have no idea who we bought our site from, much less who's the person who might know what Theme Forest account has our registration info. How do I register my site in this case?

I have have over 50 sites that now need their registration redoing (many of whom dont pay support and some where clients have bought their own licenses). Yes, the new system is simpler, but couldnt you have kept the updates alive for legacy registered sites - they are still legitimately registered after all. Further, more and more wordpress sites auto update, so they might get to 7.3 and then get stuck there; if a security vulnerability is found in 7.3 (it could happen) then what - open season on Avada for hackers? Sorry, i think the issue of legacy registration site updates needs serious reconsideration.
