ОтветитьIf you were to recommend a math skill I should get good at before college, what would it be?
ОтветитьI learnt this in 5th grade!!?
ОтветитьHi Amy!! Math is a breeze for me, but I absolutely suck at science. Thanks to my studying method I can memorize everything but then I have trouble applying it to the ‘real-world.’ It’s not body stuff but moreover environmental science, I am planning on taking ev ap next year, please help!! 😭
ОтветитьBro , literally this is 7th grade math in India. And these r the methods we use to do it in daily math ....
Ответитьi came here before my finals to just make my math solving faster or whatever but all of these we've learnt grades before 😭. im genuinely excited for sat now all the questions seem so easy 😭😭. anyways love the rest of your videos they're all so motivating and always helps me get into that study mood
Ответитьin the triangle question we can use exterior angle theorem which states that the exterior angle is sum of the opposite interior angles
btw great tips ^-^

ОтветитьHey! I love math but I fear it Amy. Amy can you make a video on getting over it (getting over the fear). Please!!
ОтветитьThe exponent question confuses me, what in the world is i, how did i^2 become -1???? And so on
ОтветитьHi Amy, I just started watching your video recently and it really give me motivation to try harder in my study. Im currently taking IB diploma and taking Math AA HL. I just took the math exam today and the test absolutely crushed my confidence, my mind went blank in the test and the questions just seem so unfamiliar to me. I'm really sad right now because I have a risk of failing my diploma and are deciding whether I should be smart and move down a level in my math class or I should keep trying.
ОтветитьQue linda wamyy
ОтветитьCan u do a video of year/grade eight preparing for gsce
ОтветитьWould that form a progression, say, 11-60-61?
ОтветитьWhat are the names of the topics u gave tips on pls
ОтветитьThanks that helps a lot fr ❤️❤️
ОтветитьOkay so now I know why you all think "asians" are smart !!! That's coz your exams are middle school level.....Istg the questions she solved rn were all taught to us in 8th grade...unless these were just like basic stuff used in proper questions...they are right? Please someone clarify.
ОтветитьI am sorry but are these like the real questions from whatever test it is that you are talking about?? If yes then are they like first few questions or something or the like proper hard ones?
ОтветитьI'm in 9th grade but i know all this? Isnt this test for 12 graders? I'm not from America tho
ОтветитьI know you are not going see it, but you amaze me
ОтветитьWe all learn this things in school but the questions are really hard. We take a exam at 8th grade and thats changing our lives. The highschool is everything. If you haven't guessed, it's Turkey education system.
ОтветитьThanks! I just subscribed. I've always been bad at math. Your tips really help.
ОтветитьYou are the best 💯❤️.
Am in the middle of my college application and trying to take the SAT for the first time, in November.
Before watching this video, I was in a serious panic but now am a little bit ok.
Thanks a lot, keep on helping millions by making videos like this. Thank you once again!
Can you please make a video on how to ace geometry?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your special right angles method and I was curious to see if it works for all odd numbers so I tried it out with 11 and 13.
11 : 121 -> 60.5 -> 60 and 61
Therefore 11 - 60 - 61
This Holds true for every odd number
Thanks a million 😁
Also for the Problem all the way at the end. Is it not quicker to use the rule ext angles of triangles and take 125 + 20 straight away
these are simple example questions right? did I miss something?
ОтветитьHi wAmy. I'm in grade 8th but I had a request... can you please do these types of math videos every week (like... once or twice a week only). It would be really helpful.
p.s. This video was amazing and helpful and u r amazing and beautiful (Not buttering you up, you ARE REALLY BEAUTIFUL)
for the first tip in order to know which numbers you can divide by you can search up divisibility rules.
Ответить❤ from Gambia
ОтветитьWill you be my maths teacher 😭💍🤏🏻
ОтветитьOff the bat that LCM/GCF tip was super helpful
ОтветитьWth...is this American high school maths?
ОтветитьI am so, so thankful for the resources I have. Thank you Amy.
ОтветитьMake more videos like this! love itt
ОтветитьIs water wet?
ОтветитьSgud son ye ight?
ОтветитьGood social presence. ❤
ОтветитьI'm taking my SAT like next week and I've been studying since August but I felt as if it wasn't enough so I decided to start watching your videos and I'm feeling a little confident so I've been studying an hour on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends to make time for me to take practice test. Thank you for your videos Amy!
Ответитьthese questions are so easy
Ответить@wamyy5: Thank you for sharing your technique on recognizing right-angled triangle pattern (e.g. 3/4/5, 5/12/13, 7/24/25, 9/40/41), and this works for other sizes too (e.g. 11/60/61, 13/84/85, 15/112/113)... this is very neat... thank you... just curious... is it possible/hard to work on such proof? thx again for sharing, i'm happy to learn something new and neat today... thx... :)
Ответитьbruh im irish wth is an act
ОтветитьThank u so much and keep sharing u'r knowledge with us pls❤❤❤❤❤
It's so helpful to us❤❤
Hii, actually in November i have to give my CAT exam and the whole quants section is still difficult for me. It is much more difficuelt than SAT. Please guide me because after learning all the concepts i am still not able to solve the problem
ОтветитьActually the bonus problem can be solved in a much easier way because we know the sum of angles of a triangle is 180 and the angle of a straight line is also 180. So just add the given 2 angles in your head and you'll get the answer
But thanks for all the other tips
You should do this but with the AMC 😄😄
ОтветитьHey Amy,
I'm an OL student in Sri Lanka, and I think this might be helpful.
For the last question, there is an easy theorem you can apply:
The sum of 2 inner angles of a triangle = The exterior opposite angle.
Hope this helped.
145 degrees
Ответить20+125=145
Ответить20 degrees 125 degrees
