2024 24/7 🚬😎🍺
ОтветитьThe Great Gatsby = T+G= 27 G = 27 God
ОтветитьIf I ever become a multi billionaire, I will buy a mansion like this and throw a Gatsby style party like this once a month.
ОтветитьMusic totally befitting of the 1920s
Ye olde drum machine
Ye olde autotune
I feel like Gatsby waiting those few extra seconds to introduce himself right when the music is about to hit the hardest is perfectly in character
ОтветитьI love the horrible soundtrack. It’s not like the 1920s has any musical material to work off of....
ОтветитьThe modern music to pander to the audience was a small misstep. But their worst mistake was chosing Carey to play Daisy. Leo however did an amazing job as usual.
ОтветитьNo wonder nicks rent was so cheap
ОтветитьRealistically, it would have been such a filthy place with all those drunk people
ОтветитьThe real income is that little casino. The musicians, staff, and whole foods and drinks are just cheap costs. They gathering whole rich people around the world to enjoy the party, but the inside is to meet someone powerful and all.
That's how they become rich despite they host so many parties.
I remember seeing this scene for the first time in 9th grade English class and let’s just say it made me realize how much I love extravagant parties and now as a 24 year old, I party hard
ОтветитьBeen to parties like this. I always kept telling myself that I coukd never be happier. Ha!
ОтветитьМного эффектов, но мало чувства. Не испытываю ничего от этой сцены, кроме восхищения художниками и костюмерами.
ОтветитьPizza time
ОтветитьThe 2010’s were like the roaring 20’s and now the 2020’s are like the Great fucking Depression 😩
ОтветитьIt’s fun to watch, but this bacchanalia is my idea of hell.
ОтветитьPeople are missing the whole point of the original novel, it's about the copious decadence and waste of the ultra-wealthy
ОтветитьDionysus
ОтветитьThis kinda sucks lol doesn’t feel like the book at all
ОтветитьRod Wave Brought Me Here
ОтветитьEveryone wants to go the party but no one wants to throw the party 😢
ОтветитьWho here after rod wave song
ОтветитьToby Maguire is so creepy
ОтветитьThe music for this movie not being period of the '20s just doesn't cut it. Weird.
Ответитьthe number of cuts in Baz's movies make me sick
ОтветитьFor sure….the wife would be the better host while I’ll be in the back counting money 😂
ОтветитьIt's like Disneyland for adults in the 20's. Looking forward to 2024-2026 😇
ОтветитьGreat party Old Sport😊
ОтветитьI can't help but think this feels so childish. Compared to The Great Beauty, Babylon, Project X and Spring Breakers. The Great Beauty had a better party scene than this. This feels so BATA
ОтветитьWild to think that the time in which the book takes place was before Rhapsody in Blues came out
ОтветитьIlove this fashion of the 20s
ОтветитьI’m here after seeing that they’re having Gatsby Parties across the country that you can buy tickets go
ОтветитьThis things looks surreal, but folks; these are quite real at that period. Probably even more crazy
ОтветитьUna de las mejores escenas de combinación musical. años 20 con electronica
ОтветитьSo these mfs did all this in some guy’s house uninvited?
ОтветитьLove this scene ❤
ОтветитьThis fashion need to come back
ОтветитьTobey did not encapsulate Nick at all
Ответитьi noticed rhapsody in blue from the first soundwave lmao
ОтветитьWhile everyone in the comments is chatting about the awesome party thrown at Gatsby home….
I’m just here admiring the art deco automobiles, Victorian mansion, and the original straw boater hats worn by the men.
What instrumental plays when Nick is leaving the party and Gatsby looks out the window at him?
ОтветитьJust knowing the true friendship that Leo and Tobey have in real life added another layer of believability when watching the friendship of Gatsby and Nick in this movie all the more remarkable and genuine :D
Ответить"Old money" def
ОтветитьMade the movie
ОтветитьInteresting that the main dancer in the center looks like Cab Calloway when he was only in his teens in the 20s
Ответитьthis is more 1927 than 1922
ОтветитьI didn't know Peter Parker was in this!
Ответить
