Yes, I am building this contraption. I have the two Ikea bowls. I also purchased a smaller bowl to use as a base for the two Ikea bowls. Just seemed like a better way to dismantle it for storage. finding a bed roller was not easy. (I dislike making online purchase) But found one at Ace Hardware. The De-soldering braid was not easy to find as well. For a motor, I am using a power drill. (I do not have any motors on hand.) I did glue a single layer of panty hose to the bed roller. I now just need to install the pantyhose belt and then it will be time for a test run.

It would have been nice to show how the panty hose is turned into a belt.

Greetings; one thing that you did not cover in your video is the upper roller. You only state that it is a PVC pipe. Does that roller have an axel or is the pipe just lying in the bowl?

Wow old video but I have a question. Why do you need to need to cut a hole in the bottom of the bowl? The brush on the smaller bowl was on the inside but the majority of the charge was on the bigger bowls which didn’t have any holes. Couldn’t you just tape the brush onto the surface of the larger bowls?

Lots of little details not shown well. You could build this from this video but you are going to have to do some trial and error to get it right. Specifically. How does he attach the bottom brush and then to the ground? Not shown. How did he attach the soldering brush and where? Not shown. Yes those who know will see this as obvious...but what about those who don't?
