The project appears to be damaged It cannot be opened. Premiere Pro CC 2015

All you have to make a new project and add adjustment layer and drag the damaged project in to the new project and u r done

It didn't work for me but instead of opening project I opened the last version of "auto save" folder. It worked for me!
